Well enjoying a day on a very nice golf course. Lacking on the workout and I have put on weight. It sucks. Dragging butt to keep in the gym.

What day. I am back to working out and hitting it hard.
I did 45 minutes of Insanity Carido.
Ran 1.6 miles
3 sets of leg extensions
3 sets of leg curls
3 sets of leg presses
yesterday, I worked out with my soccer team for an hour in some deep cardio. I was pretty sore from it.
