What day. I am back to working out and hitting it hard.
I did 45 minutes of Insanity Carido.
Ran 1.6 miles
3 sets of leg extensions
3 sets of leg curls
3 sets of leg presses
yesterday, I worked out with my soccer team for an hour in some deep cardio. I was pretty sore from it.

I was able to start back today. I actually did 45 minutes of Insanity Cardio. I could tell my ability to do it was less then it was two weeks ago. My breathing was better and I didn’t feel like I need to cough up both of my lungs. I am looking forward to a good nights rest. Hopefully I can get back to my full routine then I will start back to getting my eating back in order. It is amazing how one thing can slip and then it creates a snow ball affect. Out of all of it the most important thing is getting over this flu. I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. I don’t get sick to often but this one kept me down for a while.
Now it is time to start getting back on my foot and to take it slow and not push it to hard. That will be the hardest part for me…taking it slow. I will try my best but most likely will take it on like a speeding bullet. LOL

Sorry everyone that I have not been blogging. I have been fighting the flu for the last couple weeks. My eating and working out has really suffered. Hope to be getting back to my routine in the next week.
